Many waters can be measured directly, but filtration, dilution and cuvette selection depend on turbidity and method.

What is internal filter effect correction?

It is compensation for loss of excitement and emission caused by the absorbance of the sample itself.

Can you use PARAFAC?

Yes. Series-based EEMs can feed PARAFAC models, provided the set and validation are adequate.
